Hi, and thank you all for checking out my site. The purpose of this website is really to show samples of my work to potential clients, but I think just about anybody can enjoy it.  Make sure to take a look at my illustrations and paintings pages to get a better idea of the work I do.  Maybe a little background information could be useful:

At heart, I am a New Yorker.  Which means I have a love hate relationship with that town.  I was born and raised in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, and lived most of my adult life in Manhattan and the tiny rural hamlet of Pine Hill.  I spent a long while as a musician, an active member of the NYC East Village music and gallery scene. Eventually, I put away the drum kit and returned to visual art, creating stationery and greeting cards for Fante in NYC.

I love photography,  music, chatting with people, travel, reading,  folk art, the mountains, cities and the ocean, gardening, funny people, britcoms, nice people, indie music, mary tyler moore, cats, exploring, canolis (ahhh Veniero's), cheese grits, sushi, lasagna, exchanging ideas, clever repartee, and at least four or five other things.    I also have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Most of my work is created traditionally, in the real world, and then adjusted in Photoshop before being delivered to clients.  Speaking of clients, here are some of the fine people I have worked with in the past.
